I wouldn't try to tell you! I like being surprised when I get here! You seem to do just fine picking the topics! The news has been so slow as of late, so it seems like all any blog does is re-hash the old stuff that we have talked into the ground!

How about whether you think Bush is acting from a position of strength or a position of weakness right now? It has quite a bearing on who he'll nominate next. If he's strong, he nominates a wingnut like Janice Rogers Brown. If he's weak, he nominates another stealth candidate or even a sitting (or former) US Senator (Danforth? Sessions?)

That's my position. I would like to point something out to those that think that 2000 deaths is the magic go home number. What would have happened to Europe, during WWII, if we decided that 2000 deaths was our threshold for helping?

Where would Europe and Israel be now?
