Did You Know...?

Even though I'm 39 years old and I've had a couple kids, I can still get my legs behind my head. As we get older, that is a worthwhile skill to have. I have a few others but that is a discussion for late night.

Enjoy your lunch break!

I can't get my ankles behind my head anymore but I can still do some interesting positions. I can still get my knees to my ears though you've got me beat in the flexability stakes.

I have a friend, whom I've known since earliest childhood, who could eat popcorn with her toes when she was a kid. We always made sure she had her own bowl, but we thought that was mighty amusing.

Sad to say (I guess), she isn't limber enough to do that anymore.
