Paul Potts was the recent winner of the "Britan's Got Talent" show. Potts was a cell phone salesman before the contest.

Nice. However, there's more to being a great artist than just a singing voice. Neil Young and Bob Dylan don't have dynamic voices, but their "art" is way beyond Josh Groban or Paul Potts. David Gray is much in the same way. He writes his own songs and expresses HIS experiences. Not to take anything away from Potts, but he's no David Gray.
