You know, my cousin is a police officer, and they get the "not my pants" argument every day. He laughs and tells the guy to talk to the judge. And the guy always gets a possession charge. Leave it to Lindsey Lohan to pull it off.
I wonder, who'd she f*ck, or offer to f*ck, or threaten to reveal having f*cked to get away with this? Mind, if the people of California keep electing the bastards, they get the 'justice' they deserve.
I wonder when someone will challenge their sentence with the argument of "but Lindsay, Parisite and Nicole got nothing". Legally, it would be a valid argument - they deserve the public justice, not the justice normal people get.
Ara just explained why I despise lawyers. And quite succinctly as well. :)

That's the most ridiculous answer I've ever heard. When there are whistle blowers coming forward and speaking out about the corruption in Iraq and are being imprisoned/interrogated and fired by military officials because they choose NOT to remain silent about injustice, and we focus on celebrity nonsense, justice has already been raped in the back room.

That, and public figures are held to a higher standard, especially if they expect normal people to part with their hard earned cash to support them.
P.S. That's basically the thesis of Gore's Assault On Reason.
That makes one of us!!
