Poor Larry Craig

He should talk to this guy, if anyone will understand what he's going through it's him.

[Warning: Not work safe]

For the record, it has been established in D.C. that blow jobs and lying about blow jobs are okay. So, leave Sen. Craig alone.

BIPM: It's not okay for a president to become an adulterer, but it's perfectly okay for an adulterer to become president. Discuss.

Actually, the Onion piece reminds me of a shirt I just bought: "Who are all these kids, and why do they keep calling me Dad?" (I guess that's the hetero version.)

You know, it's not the sex, or even the gay sex. It's the sticking your hand along the bottom of the stall that's just too damn icky! They NEVER clean down there, ever. Yech!

Funniest thing I've ever read in my life.

...and the Onion article wasn't bad either.

Apparently, at Tuesday's press conference, and this is true, the first words out of Sen. Craig's mouth were this: "Thank you all very much for coming out today."

Craig's approval ratings, unlike David Vitter's, have plummeted overnight. They both broke the law. So what's the difference?

Could it be that Vitter had hetero sex and Craig, um, did not?

I'm telling you Ara, it's the "icky" factor (and yes, many folks consider "teh gay" to be icky -- go figure.

To tell you the truth, I have no idea why your nation has such a fascination with the sex lives of your politicians.

If the guys wants blow jobs, let him have blow jobs. Whose business is it?

Okay, so the dude tapped an officer's foot in the next stall - which was interpreted as a gay sex request. He then put his hand under the stall (I'm with Ara and Mark - ECK!!! I hope he had hand sanitizer!) wall and the officer again interpreted it as a gay sex request. Man, I thought them homo's was FLAMIN', not foot tappin'. ;)

Leave him alone! It's between him and his wife, just like Clinton. If you can prove he's lyin', nail him on the lie but leave the sex stuff alone! I don't care, I don't want or need to know my elected officials sexual perversions - just like they don't need to know mine.

++, we got screwed into being founded by the Puritans, that should explain the need for sexual issues in the news. If it doesn't, look up Queen Victoria and her effect on the times she ruled in - even in the US.

There's so many things wrong with Rhianna's comment, I don't know where to begin. So I won't.

Adam, let me take a swing at the ball:

I don't care, I don't want or need to know my elected officials sexual perversions - just like they don't need to know mine.

I think what Rhianna is saying is that we shouldn't prosecute an elected official when he is alleged to have committed a crime.

Rhianna, have I got that right?

Alex (mail):
Rhianna

The one problem with your statement is that this guy is adamantly opposed to same sex marriage and has gone on literal crusades against the gays.

I think when someone's that counter productive to anything dealing in human rights he sort of needs to be called on it. So, although I agree with your theory, I think in this case, we DO need to know his business. He needs to know ours, he's made that very clear.

And, like most extremists with a faulty game plan he's been outed as a fraud. Not a homosexual.

Justice. Done.

I said if he's lyin' and there's proof, nail his ass. I also said I don't care about my elected officials perversions - that which so many like to label homosexuality. I don't need anyone telling me what they find perverted about my sexual issues, thus I have no need to label others'.

He's a grade-A freakin' hypocrite, something 'christians' excel at. Just look at the fruit-cakes in the RCC, the SBC, and those that flock to Colorado Springs! Hypocrite though he is, it's not a crime. If the officer has tape OF HIM DOING THE DEED he has proof of a crime - the tape so far is just the interview after the fact. I think he's lyin' his ever lovin' ass off, but that doesn't mean he can be charged. We require proof of a crime to prosecute.

Obviously I have issues with the man, but I'm not a voting member of his district, thus I have no ultimate say in if he can be re-elected or not. That is up for his voters to decide, not the American people at large.
