I guess when you support a group who doesn't consider it rape unless 4 men claim in court it was (after watching, and doing nothing to stop it), you have difficulty accepting a view in which rape is repugnant, and WRONG.

I also like Wince's idea. At times I think the Israelis are far worse in their version of the UCMJ than we are. They're held to a much higher standard than their 'neighbors', it shows.

The UCMJ is fine -- except for a few recent additions they inserted with the MCA. It's a shame it doesn't cover Blackwater types. I think CIA interrogators could learn a thing or two from it too.
